Dan Rivera is United States Marine Corps Reconnaissance Marine and Combat Veteran. He served in Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan, where he developed the leadership foundation that continues to guide his professional career—discipline, accountability, decisive execution, and an uncompromising commitment to team safety with a continuous improvement mindset.
With more than 20 years of experience across construction and infrastructure development, Dan brings deep operational expertise spanning renewables, EPC substation projects, transmission line (T-line), and distribution systems. His background includes leadership roles in logistics management, quality control, and project management, supporting complex projects from early planning through execution and closeout.
Dan is recognized for building a strong safety-first culture, emphasizing proactive risk management, field-level accountability, and consistent operational oversight. His leadership philosophy centers on delivering high-quality work while ensuring the safety of personnel, partners, and assets.
As President of Delta Construction Services, Dan leads Southeast operations in close alignment with Alpha Power Group’s broader strategic objectives, ensuring disciplined execution, operational consistency, and dependable delivery for clients across the energy and utility sectors
